The XXX Mint process starts with our own sugar being finely ground to an icing sugar consistency. The finely milled sugar then passes to a giant mixer where the remaining ingredients are added

The ingredients are then mixed and "kneaded" into a pliable paste. Once the paste has formed, the mixture passes through a series of rollers to form a sheet of XXX.

The sheet then passes along a conveyor belt and the sweets are stamped out into the typical round XXX shape.

The sweets then pass through a drier for a minimum of 4 hours. Once the sweets come out of the drier, they pass along another belt to a holding vessel prior to packing.

Our XXX Mints are packed into tubes and either sold as individual tubes or multi-packs.
