THE MAKING OF JUST BRAZILS

Just Brazils start their life in the tropical climates of the South American Rainforest. Finest Brazil nuts are collected by hand, sorted and packed for their journey thousands of miles across the Atlantic ocean.

After 60 days, the Brazil Nuts arrive at the Fox's site and are sorted and any broken nuts are removed from the batches

The next stage of the process involves the Brazils nuts receiving a preliminary coating of chocolate. The chocolate is sprayed onto the nuts whilst they rotate in a giant pan. The chocolate then sets and they are taken in large vessels for enrobing in our secret recipe luxury chocolate

The nuts are sorted and channeled in rows through the chocolate enrober, this enables them to be separated from the other nuts around them and ensures that they are fully coated with a thick layer of luxury milk chocolate.

Once coated with chocolate, the nuts are decorated with our characteristic lines before passing through a cooling tunnel to set

Once the finished nuts have come out of the cooling tunnel, they are packed by hand into trays and then collated into outers for despatch to retailers.
